wow. this might actually work.

so it appears that i may have actually figured out how to use this thing.

what have i been up to. hum ... first and foremost i've been having fun. can't say i've been out there changing the world as much as i would have liked or that i'm really making a difference, but i am enjoying life and tryign to help others enjoy it as much as i can.

after college i had brief stints in chicago and nyc, but have now called los angeles home for about 8 years. i've been fortunate that i found a career that i love and that someone pays me to do it. i run a company for a pair of directors and produce their films and now television shows, though who knows if we'll get any tv shows on next season. last year i had a film out called 'in good company' and this april have a movie coming out called 'american dreamz' which is a cultural and political satire that contains everything from american idol, our current president and a show tune loving terrorist. hopefully you will enjoy.

more importantly i have been married for 2 1/2 years and am the proud dada to a 20 month old son. when i'm not working he more or less runs my life. this also explains why it's taken me so long to post here as my time is not really my own anymore. my wife is from the east coast so she and oliver try and spend as much time as they can in cape cod during the summer. while i miss them dearly, if i'm shooting i'm sort of useless to them anyway.

it's amazing and sad that i can sum up my entire life in hust a few short paragraphs, but i think that about covers it. my biggest hobby outside of family and baby is probably still music. one of the most fun part of producing films for me has been the placement of music in film. we worked with badly drawn boy on 'about a boy' and iron and wine on 'in good company' and it was very cool.
